We accept Paypal payments, Credit and Debit Cards using the payment processor Stripe and Alipay. A Paypal Account is not needed when paying via Credit Card. If you’d like to pay in a different way, please contact us and we will let you know if this is possible.

We accept all currencies including $ USD, $ AUD, € EUR, £ GBP, ¥ JPY, ¥ CNY and many more. Our shop system may be showing prices in € / $ only but all currencies will be converted to $ USD at the checkout process automatically. This will be done at the daily average exchange rates so you don’t need to worry about that!

For any digital items that are purchased online, there is a no refund policy unless there is a problem with the product. Our products are digital downloads, so we cannot offer RETURNS OR REFUNDS after a successful payment and download from our website. By purchasing on our website you agree to this. Please make sure to read the product details and check the audio demo / preview video for our products before you’re making a purchase.

For each order that comes through (make sure your order went through) a confirmation and purchase receipt E-Mail including the download links for your product(s) is sent to your email address.
This email includes an invoice and download links to each of the files involved in the order. If you didn’t receive a mail please make sure to check your spam folder first before contacting us.

To download from the E-Mail click directly on the links in the email and save the files to your hard drive. Do not save directly to an application, save them to your hard drive. Be sure to remember where on your hard drive you save your files so you can find them afterwards.
You can also log into your account on our website to download your purchased product(s) anytime. If you haven’t created an account yet, you can still create one with the same e-mail address after your purchase here and download your product(s) from your dashboard.

If you are still having trouble downloading or extracting your files after trying this please contact us using the Contact Us page on our site.

If you are having issues downloading your file(s) please make sure you are using a desktop PC or Mac. Downloads might not work on mobile devices. Furthermore, try a different device first if you are no able to complete your download. If you are still experiencing any issues contact us so we can provide you with a different download option.

We are using WinZip to compress our files. If you are not able to extract your downloaded file(s) please make sure that the file size is correct. Sometimes a download doesn’t complete and the downloaded zip file is corrupted. If you are still experiencing issues please contact us.
